Returns & Exchanges

NAGNATA offers returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals attached. Please note that for health and safety reasons, intimate apparel and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all garment tags and branded dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
